COVID-19 Update
Update as of October 21, 2022- Paul Rogoshewski of Harmony Home Inspection of MA continues to provide home inspection services amid the uncertain future of the Covid 19 pandemic. Paul is fully vaccinated with two additional CV-19 boosters. For your additional protection, a face mask will be worn when there is more than three individuals present at the inspection. We also ask Seller’s to disinfect commonly used surfaces (door handles, bathroom fixtures, kitchen countertops and appliances) immediately prior to the inspection.
“My policy is still to strongly encourage the Buyer to be present during the home inspection (A picture is worth a thousand words. Being there is worth a thousand pictures!) Also, if any one participating in the home inspection, including myself feels ill and/or is experiencing any symptoms related to Covid19, the inspection will have to be postponed to a later time”.
